About the Role

Description

BLOX is revolutionizing the construction industry by integrating advanced manufacturing principles with innovative technology to deliver high-quality, modular building solutions. We are driven by a mission to rethink how buildings are designed, fabricated, and delivered, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Storage, Transport, and Loadout (STL) Coordinator to manage the internal storage and external delivery of BLOX products across our manufacturing campus. This role is responsible for planning internal logistics for work-in-process (WIP) and finished modules, coordinating storage and loadout activities, and ensuring modules move efficiently and safely from production to the customer's job site.

The STL Coordinator will work closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Program Management to plan and execute each move — from module storage assignment through crane, truck, and freight logistics — while maintaining accurate tracking, safety documentation, and outside storage records as BLOX's manufacturing volumes scale.

Job Responsibilities

? Plan BLOX's internal logistics for work-in-process (WIP) and finished products, as well as external delivery to job sites.

? Review internal product tracking documentation to determine the scope of upcoming site moves and loadouts.

? Communicate with Line Managers regarding specific units ready to move from Manufacturing to outside storage locations on the BLOX campus.

? Develop detailed action plans for each move, including straddle carrier logistics, crane locations and truck logistics, module storage location assignments, and module loadout scheduling.

? Organize and lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders — Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Program Management — to finalize move and loadout plans.

? Coordinate all activities with the Storage, Transport, and Loadout (STL) team and oversee execution of planned activities.

? Manage all required safety documentation for STL activities.

? Maintain the outside storage map and communicate updates to process partners on a recurring basis.

? Organize and book required trucks/trailers for product delivery to site through existing freight channels, and explore additional freight partnerships in coordination with the Supply Chain team.

Job Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

? 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and/or Warehouse/Yard Management.

? Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe products.

? Proven ability to establish, manage, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

? Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with experience working across Production, Engineering, and Program Management teams.

? Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
