We're looking for a dependable, detail-driven  Sample Courier & Driver to keep critical samples moving safely and accurately in San Antonio, TX.


In this hands-on field role, you’ll play a key part in keeping critical sample operations moving safely, accurately, and on schedule between customer locations and our laboratories. You’ll manage assigned pickup and delivery routes, maintain sample integrity and chain of custody throughout transport, prepare sampling materials and supplies, support field sampling activities as assigned, and help ensure daily field operations remain organized, compliant, and responsive to customer and laboratory needs.


PLEASE NOTE: This position will transport samples from our client terminals in Bastrop, TX and Nixon, TX to our lab in Coppell, TX for testing.



What You'll Do

  • Retrieve, transport, and deliver samples between client sites and designated laboratory in accordance with assigned route and schedule
  • Prepare and organize sampling materials, containers, and supplies for assigned field activities
  • Complete chain-of-custody forms, field records, and related documentation accurately and on time
  • Monitor and replenish sampling supplies and maintain company vehicles in safe, reliable operating condition
  • Follow applicable health, safety, environmental, regulatory, and company requirements
  • Communicate professionally with customers, laboratory personnel, and field teams to support timely service
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development to strengthen technical knowledge and field capability

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated work experience in field services, sampling, logistics, delivery, transportation, or comparable hands-on operational roles
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
  • Basic proficiency with standard computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite


Work Schedule & Travel

  • Full-time, field-based position 
  • Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required based on operational needs
  • Daily local travel required, including prolonged driving throughout the workday
