Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver scheduling-related tasks to clients and ABA therapists
- Complete communication to local and central leaders to support collaborative and cohesive scheduling processes
- Organize, delegate to local team members, and oversee the completion of all parent communication for ABA team changes
- Maintain and support Central Reach scheduling processes
Job Description
K1ds Count Therapy, in conjunction with Cicero Therapies, is seeking an ABA Scheduling Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team. K1ds Count Therapy is an Indiana-based, owner-operated organization that has been providing pediatric services since 2014. Join a team of 300+ RBTs, BAs, outpatient therapists (ST, OT, PT, MH), administrative specialists, and leaders serving our centers in Brownsburg, Crawfordsville, and Zionsville as well as area schools. This role will also support ABA scheduling operations across the Cicero Network of clinics.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in pediatrics or ABA preferred, but not required
- Proficient/experience in scheduling roles
