ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Perform “first piece” inspections as required
  • Perform “in-process” inspections as required
  • Perform “final” inspections as required
  • Perform “new part & tool” try out inspections as required
  • Perform tool samples as required
  • Coordinate certifications for new quality inspectors and customers
  • Maintain DSQR records for Quality Inspectors and manage recerts
  • Inspect incoming materials and hardware
  • Provide technical support to other departments as needed
  • Must follow AS9100 procedures
  • Follow all schedules

 QUALIFICATIONS:

 Skills:

  • Microsoft Suite computer skills required
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Good Math Skills

 Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 0 to 3 years Quality Inspection in aerospace required
