Location: HMC Hospitality Group - Chicago Region
Department: Operations
Schedule: Varies – Days/Nights/Weekends
Reports To: Area VP / RDOs / General Managers
Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt


Overview:
Join our team as a Regional Maintenance Technician, responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance across multiple restaurant locations in the Chicagoland region. This includes repairs to buildings, equipment, and utility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and safety systems.
  • Collaborate with teams during renovations and report issues.
  • Maintain records of maintenance tasks and follow safety protocols.
  • Uphold company policies and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in building/equipment maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and use hand/power tools.
  • Strong communication and physical stamina (lift up to 50 lbs).
