About the Role

Riverside Technologies, Inc is currently seeking a Computer Assembly/Warehouse Technician to join our rapidly growing team! If you have the qualifications listed below and like working in a fast-paced environment, we welcome your application and resume for review!


Job Summary:

As a Computer Assembly/Warehouse Technician, you will perform assembly, imaging, and upgrade services on laptops and tablets. You will also be responsible for preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup as well as performing a variety of duties to help keep the warehouse running smoothly.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Performing assembly, imaging, and upgrade services on laptops and tablets
  • Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship) 
  • Receiving and processing warehouse stock products and parts (pick, unload, label, store) 
  • Performing hardware diagnostics
  • Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standard high for audits 
  • Completing daily inventory logs and reporting any discrepancies 
  • Keeping a clean and safe working environment 
  • Performing other duties as assigned 


Requirements

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer repair experience a plus
  • Technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel a plus
  • Positive, team-first attitude with effective communication skills
  • Must be able to follow all safety rules and wear proper personal protection equipment (PPE)
  • Must have proven warehouse work experience and be proficient in inventory software, databases, and systems
  • Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills 
  • Experience with driving forklift and forklift license/certification is a plus 
  • Must have flexible availability and be able to work some weekends and evenings 
  • Must have exceptional driving record and have a valid driver’s license (part of the responsibilities will be to drive a company vehicle for deliveries)
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must have ability to lift 50 lbs. as well as know and use proper lifting techniques
  • Ability and willingness to travel for offsite projects is required
