Monday-Wednesday: 8AM-5:30PM

Thursday: 1PM-5:30PM

Friday: 8AM-5PM

Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures
  • Room patients, record patient histories, vital signs, and document in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments per scope of licensure
  • Educate patients on health, medications, and follow-up care
  • Coordinate referrals and patient care follow-ups
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)– Active/Unencumbered RN or LPN license in state of practice or compact license including state of practice.
  • Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred
  • Familiarity with EPIC a plus!
  • For positions within UnityPoint Clinic, team members may be required to work at or to float to other locations to support optimized staffing
