Nike, Inc. Supply Chain Internship

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
NIKE Inc.’s European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium serves a large network of retailers, Nike stores and consumers not just in Europe but across the world. We are looking for engaging and diverse professionals that are willing to join our team for a 3-month internship starting in February at our Nike’s European Logistics Campus in Laakdal, Belgium for (one of) our 3 brands; Nike, Jordan and Converse.

Additionally, we are looking for students who are:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree/or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field 
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Foster effective teamwork, act with courage, embraces change, and continuously growing through feedback, reflection and an athlete mindset 
• Demonstrate curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools responsibly 
• Strong analytical skills, with a passion for using data and insights to drive continuous improvement 
• Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and build strong partnerships

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

• Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship at a university or higher education institution in Belgium
• Be available for a full-time (30-37.5 hours a week), three-month internship, starting on February 2027
• Be able to work in a hybrid model, spending three days per week at our Nike Inc ELC Campus, Nikelaan 1, 2430 Laakdal and two days from home (Free shuttle bus available on a daily basis from Antwerp Central Station – Nike ELC)

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Supply Chain Intern, you'll help shape the future of Nike's supply chain network while supporting the movement of products to athletes* and consumers across Europe and beyond. Internship opportunities are available across Nike Transportation & Network Operations and Nike Network Capacity Optimization, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive efficiency, innovation, and business impact.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Support initiatives that balance capacity, cost, service, and sustainability across Nike's supply chain network
• Use data and insights to inform business decisions and contribute to cross-functional projects
• Explore the end-to-end Nike Supply Chain and build relationships with internal and external partners
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Contribute to innovative solutions that enhance network performance and the consumer experience
