Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
Must have skills : Adobe Journey Optimizer
Good to have skills : Adobe Campaign Classic
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various projects and translating them into effective software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and deliver optimal performance. Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development with problem-solving and refinement to create robust and scalable software systems that support business operations efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to advance the team's capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within application environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
