Run reconstruction projects from estimate to final walkthrough for SERVPRO in Abilene.
What you own in your first 90 days
- Take over every open rebuild: scope, schedule, budget, and the customer relationship.
- Write and defend estimates, and turn approved scopes into signed work orders.
- Hire, schedule, and hold subcontractors to the timeline and the standard of work.
- Keep every job file current: photos, change orders, approvals, and notes, the same day.
- Walk customers and adjusters through the job, settle punch lists, and close out clean.
- Own the numbers: margin, cycle time, and collections on your projects.
What we require
- At least three years of construction experience.
- Steady work history: no more than two jobs in the last five years.
- Experience running projects and the people on them: crews, subcontractors, schedules.
- Clear, professional communication with customers, adjusters, and trades.
- Comfort with budgets, estimates, and job costing.
Nice to have, not required
- Insurance restoration or reconstruction experience
- Xactimate
- Sales or estimating experience with customers
