The NEXCOM Enterprise is a non-appropriated fund instrumentality (NAFI) of the Department of Defense and the Department of the Navy. Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) delivers world-class hospitality and service experiences in support of Sailors, Marines, and their families across the globe. Through Navy Lodge, Navy Gateway Inns & Suites (NGIS), food and beverage operations, and recreation services, NEXCOM plays a vital role in ensuring comfort, convenience, and quality of life for those who serve.

Our Hospitality career opportunities span all levels—from entry-level service roles to experienced management and executive leadership—and include:

  • Hotel & Lodging Operations – Front desk agents, guest services, reservations, housekeeping, facilities coordination, night audit, and property operations.

  • Hospitality Management & Leadership – Department managers, assistant general managers, general managers, and regional operations leadership overseeing multiple properties.

Serve as the Assistant to the NEXCOM Hospitality Group (NHG) General Manager (NF-5) and help drive excellence across a diverse hospitality portfolio. This role supports senior leadership in ensuring hotel and food & beverage operations are efficient, profitable, and aligned with brand standards, while enhancing service delivery for Sailors, families, and guests worldwide.

Or join our Manager in Training (MIT) program with just your degree in hospitality and we will prepare you for a leadership role!

  • Food & Beverage Operations – Restaurant managers, cooks, servers, bartenders, catering staff, concessions, and quick-service operations.

  • Revenue, Sales & Guest Experience – Revenue management, sales coordination, group bookings, quality assurance, brand standards, and customer satisfaction programs.

  • Maintenance & Facilities Support – Engineering, preventative maintenance, asset management, and safety compliance.

  • Training, Quality & Operations Support – Training specialists, standard operating procedures, inspections, brand compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Corporate & Field Support Roles – Hospitality program management, policy development, analytics, and operational support that enable field locations to deliver consistent service worldwide.
