About the Role
DCP-电力电子硬件工程师（深圳）
工作职责：
1.完成电力电子装置的功率硬件设计开发，包括电路设计，磁芯器件设计等，熟练应用大功率的器件；
2.能够分析各种电力电子电路(拓扑)；
3.嵌入式软硬件设计和调试优化。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电力电子、自动控制及相关专业；
2.熟悉功率电路和电磁元件设计，掌握控制理论和模电数电知识，有较强的研究意愿及能力；
3.有2年以上的电力电子产品软、硬件开发经验；
4.具有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；
5.工作主动性强，能独立思考和解决问题，勤奋认真，沟通表达能力强，善于团队合作。
优选条件：
1. 有通信电源、HVDC、UPS、光伏等中大功率产品开发经验优先。
2. 熟悉DSP应用，熟悉Matlab，Mathcad等软件使用优先；
