As a Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our manufacturing lines running and producing the quality automotive components our customers depend on.

What does Machining look like?

Our Machine Operators perform a variety of hands-on tasks throughout the production process. You may:

• Monitor machine and production line performance
• Move materials by hand or pallet jack
• Visually inspect parts for quality
• Use gauges and other tools to check parts
• Help keep production running safely and efficiently

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and improve a clean and safe working environment. Follow quality standard instructions, track, identify, and prevent defects. Read, follow, and verify work instructions to meet established internal and external safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards, in accordance with the quality management system. Comply with all company policies & rules, county, state and federal regulations. Work with others to create a positive environment through courtesy, dignity, and respect. Perform other duties as necessary.

Physical Demands: Associates are required to stand; walk; sit; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally lift and/or move at least 50 pounds safely. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
