As an Assembly Associate, you’ll help build the automotive air conditioning compressors that keep vehicles—and the industry—moving.

What does Assembly look like?

You’ll work as part of a team to assemble compressors as they move through different stages of our production line. Pick lights and visual work instructions help guide you through selecting and assembling the correct parts, while working to a consistent cycle time helps our team meet customer needs.

No manufacturing experience? No problem—we’ll train you! We’re looking for individuals with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the motivation to be part of a team.

Current Shift Opportunity:
Evening Shift | Sunday–Thursday | 7:00 PM–End of Production ($20.90/hour)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and improve a clean and safe working environment. Follow quality standard instructions, track, identify, and prevent defects. Read, follow, and verify work instructions to meet established internal and external safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards, in accordance with the quality management system. Comply with all company policies & rules, county, state and federal regulations. Work with others to create a positive environment through courtesy, dignity, and respect. Perform other duties as necessary.

Physical Demands: Associates are required to stand; walk; sit; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Occasionally lift and/or move at least 50 pounds safely. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
