Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Assembly Production Supervisor for a full-time, second-shift opportunity in Ripon, Wisconsin. This first-line leadership role will support production team members in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment while coordinating daily activities to maintain production requirements, safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

This opportunity is well suited for a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing employees, creating an engaged team environment, and improving manufacturing operations through safety, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Assembly Production Supervisor will serve as the first-line leader for team members within an assigned production area or zone. This position coordinates day-to-day production activities, supports scheduled production requirements, develops team members, and promotes a safety-first culture throughout the operation.

The supervisor will work closely with production employees, Team Leaders, technical staff, and Union Stewards while supporting operating goals, employee relations, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

SCHEDULE
• 2nd Shift
• Monday-Thursday
• 3:00 PM-1:00 AM
• Additional Workdays May Be Required As Needed

ROLE
• Lead safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
• Educate, train, and motivate production Team Members on safety protocols and procedures.
• Create an environment focused on continuous improvement and safety awareness.
• Encourage and empower Team Members to contribute to continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor production Team Members on best practices for safety and productivity.
• Support respectful treatment of Team Members in discussions, interactions, and decisions.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate risk and waste while developing Team Member skills to improve lean operations.
• Ensure employees receive appropriate training in safety, quality, equipment operation, and 5S.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages Team Member feedback and participation in safety initiatives.
• Interface with technical staff to ensure appropriate production support.
• Establish annual goals and objectives supporting operating metrics.
• Continuously improve processes and reduce inventory and work in progress.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues.
• Interface with Union Stewards regarding contract and discipline issues.

• Bachelor's Degree In Business, Manufacturing Engineering, Or Operations Preferred
• Basic Understanding Of Process Control, Production Scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban, And Lean Manufacturing Preferred
• Previous Professional, Internship, Or Co-Op Experience Will Be Considered As Relevant Experience
