About the Role

Do you enjoy helping students develop the skills they need to participate more fully in their daily routines? Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students in a Washington school district.
Bring your clinical expertise into a setting where your work can have a direct impact on students’ daily lives. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with an educational team, address meaningful functional goals, and help students build greater independence throughout the school day.
Position Details:
- Help students improve classroom participation and daily school routines.
- Share professional expertise as part of a collaborative, student-centered team.
- Provide in-person occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
- Contribute to student goals, individualized strategies, and overall educational success.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and related service providers to address student needs.
- Support development in fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and functional abilities.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an AOTA-approved Occupational Therapy program and have an active Washington Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Washington licensure. Applicants must be able to provide in-person services in a school setting. School-based OT experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs are essential.
