Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, risk assessments, and mental status exams.
- Formulate evidence-based pharmacological treatment plans and manage psychotropic medications.
- Maintain complete, timely clinical progress notes within the EHR system.
- Provide brief supportive counseling and psychoeducation regarding medication compliance and wellness.
Requirements
- Certification: Active Board Certification as a PMHNP (ANCC) with an unencumbered state APRN/RN license.
- Prescriptive Authority: Active DEA registration and state prescriptive authority (collaborating physician match provided where state-mandated).
- Setup: Active NPI number, high-speed internet, and a private, HIPAA-compliant home workspace.
