You’ll be the friendly face and voice customers encounter when they walk through our doors or call us. From welcoming guests and directing calls to processing payments and keeping daily transactions organized, you’ll help keep our front office running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional approach.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing customers to the appropriate department or team member.
- Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other dealership transactions.
- Balance daily cash and transaction records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and help connect them with the right person.
- Support the Office Manager and dealership team with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming experience for every customer.
Your Schedule
This is a full-time position with a four-day weekday schedule plus limited weekend coverage:
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM as needed — approximately 1–2 Saturdays per month
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM — dealership is closed the first two Sundays and open thereafter
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Organized and highly detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other financial paperwork.
- Confident using a telephone system and cash register/POS equipment.
- Able to handle customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Dependable and comfortable working independently while supporting a larger team.
- Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus.
