Clinical Manager – Assisted Living and Memory Care
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. This vital role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives by ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, the Clinical Manager will oversee daily operations, uphold regulatory compliance, and foster a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical assessments for new admissions and conduct ongoing evaluations of residents to monitor health status.
- Oversee medication management, including administration, documentation, and record-keeping in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records, care plans, and documentation related to medical management.
- Lead and supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to care protocols and quality standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement within the care team.
- Participate in staff training and development to uphold best practices in resident care.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license or equivalent healthcare certification required.
- Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care settings.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living and healthcare services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess complex medical situations and make sound clinical decisions.
