Principle Software Engineer

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, and modern software engineering practices.

• Develop scalable, highly available, and performant services and applications.

• Produce clean, maintainable, well-tested, and production-ready code.

• Conduct and participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

• Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.

• Collaboration & Mentoring

• Work closely with Product engineers, test engineers, QA, and other engineering teams.

• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Mentor Senior Software Engineers and help develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team.

• Promote knowledge sharing through technical presentations, documentation, workshops, and communities of practice.

• Act as a technical escalation point for complex engineering challenges.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• 8+ years of professional software development experiences

• Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, for example C#, .NET / .NET Core, C++, python, Java…

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.

• Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-scale applications.

• Understanding of relational and/or SQL databases and data-access technologies will be preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-optimization skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills.

• Familiar with AI tools will be preferred.
