Branch Manager (LIB III)
WORK LOCATION: Howell Branch - 806 Lyons Blvd, Fredericksburg, VA 22406
STARTING SALARY: Hiring starts at $66,721 - $81,293 with excellent benefits, including affordable health premiums and VRS retirement for a total compensation package worth approximately $90,330 - $107,380 per year. The starting PTO amount is 4 weeks plus approximately 1 week of PTO earned for holidays.
TOTAL HOURS: 40 hours/week; Branch Managers will telework one day a week, as organizational needs permit. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required to accommodate community meetings and special events.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Responsible for all branch operations.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Primary leadership position and administrative representative within the branch.
