About the team

Our team specializes in the manufacturing, assembly, and repair of electronic components and modules for UAVs. We combine engineering expertise with skilled manual craftsmanship — ranging from PCB assembly and wiring harness routing to component-level troubleshooting and quality control.

Your mission

To quickly identify faults, perform high-quality component-level repairs of any complexity, and guarantee the performance and reliability of restored equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of electronic devices, circuit boards, and UAV components.
• Component-level repair and soldering (replacement of SMD/BGA components, microcontrollers, connectors).
• Assembly, disassembly, and mechanical repair of electronic modules and drone frame structures.
• Maintenance and preventive care (cleaning, thermal paste replacement, fluid damage restoration).
• Quality control and testing of repaired devices using test and measurement equipment before final sign-off.
• Maintenance of service logs and recording replaced spare parts in CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in using soldering equipment (soldering station, hot air rework station, microscope) for fine component-level repair.
• Practical skills with test and measurement equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, laboratory power supply).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation (electrical schematics, datasheets, service manuals).
• Strong understanding of circuit principles, power distribution, and connector standards.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Technical education (vocational or higher in electronics, radio engineering, or related fields).
• Experience in repair, configuration, and testing of UAVs/FPV drones and flight controllers.
• Familiarity with UAV configuration software (Mission Planner, QGroundControl).
• Experience with 3D printing and basic CAD modeling for replacement parts.
• Basic technical English for reading schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation.
