ProActive Physical Therapy Centers is looking for an energetic, compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Clearlake/Webster or our Pasadena team.

We’re not looking for someone who simply wants another job. What You’ll Be Doing

As a PTA at ProActive, you’ll work closely with our licensed Physical Therapists to help patients regain strength, mobility, function, and confidence.

Your day may include providing therapeutic exercises and activities, implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families about home exercise programs, documenting treatments, and collaborating with the rest of the rehabilitation team.

Most importantly, you’ll be encouraging patients through the hard days and celebrating with them on the good ones.

Newer PTA? Don’t count yourself out! Previous clinical experience is preferred, but it is not required.
