About the Role
ב.א מיקרוגלים, מקבוצת Commit, המתמחה בפיתוח וייצור מערכות אלקטרוניות מתקדמות, מגייסת מחווט/ת אלקטרוניקה מנוסה להצטרפות לצוות הייצור שלנו.
תיאור התפקיד
- חיווט והרכבת מכלולים אלקטרוניים, רתמות וצב"דים.
- ייצור כבלים ורתמות בהתאם לשרטוטים, תיקי ייצור ותקני IPC.
- ביצוע הלחמות, קרימפינג והרכבות אלקטרוניות.
- עבודה עם קונקטורים צבאיים ותעופתיים.
- ביצוע בדיקות איכות עצמאיות, בדיקות רציפות (Continuity) ובדיקות חשמליות.
- דיווח ותיעוד במערכות הארגון.
- עבודה בהתאם לנהלי איכות ו-ESD.
- עמידה ביעדי ייצור ולוחות זמנים.
Requirements
דרישות התפקיד
- לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בחיווט והרכבת מכלולים אלקטרוניים, רתמות וצב"דים.
- ניסיון בקריאת שרטוטים חשמליים ומכניים.
- הסמכה לתקני IPC בתחום החיווט וההרכבות האלקטרוניות – יתרון משמעותי.
- ניסיון בעבודה עם קונקטורים צבאיים ותעופתיים כגון D38999 ו-Micro-D.
- ניסיון בביצוע הלחמות וקרימפינג בהתאם לתקני IPC.
- היכרות עם תהליכי בקרת איכות וביצוע ביקורת עצמית.
- ניסיון בעבודה עם כלי חיווט, כלי קרימפ וכלי הכנסת והוצאת פינים.
- ניסיון בחיווט כבלי RF וקואקס – יתרון.
