We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a well-established food manufacturing company in Baghdad.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the company’s finance and accounting activities and supervise the finance team.
• Manage annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports and management reports.
• Monitor costs, profitability, margins, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee factory costing, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and cost control.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, and working capital.
• Establish and maintain strong financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Support the effective use and improvement of ERP and accounting systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with solid experience in a managerial or senior finance role.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, financial analysis, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing finance.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a finance/accounting team.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to senior management.

Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in food production, FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, retail, or distribution will be highly preferred.
