As a Seasonal Sales Advocate, you'll help customers find the right wireless products and services while creating a welcoming and memorable shopping experience. You'll receive training and hands-on experience in wireless sales, customer service, and retail operations.

What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer and create an outstanding shopping experience.
- Learn about customers' needs and recommend the best phones, accessories, and service plans.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage customers to return.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to store success.
- Demonstrate the latest wireless technology and accessories.
- Help customers set up new devices and explain product features.
- Stay knowledgeable about promotions and new products.
- Complete training and stay up to date on products and promotions.
- Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy and store security.
- Support store operations to ensure an excellent customer experience.
As a Lead Sales Associate, You'll Also
- Open and close the store.
- Lead by example and support teammates.
- Assist with daily operations and merchandising.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the store looks clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Support management with operational tasks and special projects.

- Is bilingual (English and Spanish)
Retail experience is great, but it's not required. If you're motivated, customer-focused, and eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need.
Seasonal Availability
Seasonal Sales Advocates should be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during the seasonal period.
