About the Role

Description

Isleworth, one of Orlando's premier communities has an opportunity for an experienced, highly organized, and service oriented,  Community Association Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this gated country club community.  


This position is primarily office based and responsible for the daily operations of the Isleworth Community Association. The role serves as the Association's primary liaison to the Design Review Board (DRB) and the Covenants Committee. It administers the covenant enforcement program from identification through resolution, tracks approved construction projects along with all associated fees and deposits, and supervises the ICA maintenance staff.  The Manager reports monthly to the Board of Directors on violations, construction activity, and operational conditions throughout the community.

Requirements

  • Active Florida CAM license
  • Three or more years of community association, property, or HOA management experience, preferably in a covenant-controlled or gated residential community.
  • Working knowledge of Florida community association law and governing documents (declarations, bylaws, design standards, rules and regulations).
  • Demonstrated experience administering architectural or design review processes and covenant enforcement programs.
  • Familiarity with preparing meeting agendas and packets and with taking and preparing formal meeting minutes for Board, DRB, and committee meetings.
  • Strong formal writing skills, including minutes, approval letters, notices, and board reports.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and with association management, work order, or records platforms.


Preferred

· Experience in a high-net-worth, private, or club-affiliated residential community.

· Familiarity with construction plan review, permitting workflows, and deposit administration.

· Experience with electronic voting platforms and annual meeting administration.

· Supervisory experience with maintenance or grounds personnel.
