You will be responsible for managing personal injury and property liability claims from lodgement through to settlement, while building valuable industry relationships and contributing to outstanding client outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing a portfolio of liability claims from lodgement through to settlement
• Assessing coverage, liability and claim quantum in line with legislation and policy requirements
• Investigating and managing complex personal injury and property liability claims
• Providing technical advice and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
• Participating in client reviews and claims strategy discussions
• Managing escalated claims matters and complaints where required
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, solicitors, brokers and external service providers

What We Are Looking For

Essential

• Previous experience managing liability claims (at least 1 years’ experience)
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and claims handling practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work autonomously
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Desirable

• Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Insurance or a related discipline
