On-Call Banquet Server

Portland’s only riverfront country club with an unrivaled culture of year-round golf and spirited experiences that bring active families and friends closer together. Waverley Country Club is currently seeking On-Call Banquet Servers to join our team.

We are looking for outgoing individuals with a positive attitude, can take direction, and can work well as part of a team! This position is perfect for applicants looking for a fun and fast-paced serving position. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends and willing to work flexible hours.

What you will do

• Be a part of a team that looks to consistently exceed members’ expectations.
• Enter food and beverage orders.
• Properly set up and maintain all service areas (ex. Folding napkins, polishing silverware, restocking).
• Commit to recognizing and acknowledging members by name.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance and demeanor.
• Assist in setting and resetting Club rooms for events

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Must have a current Food Handlers Card and OLCC Permit.
• Ability to lift 15-30 pounds.
• Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment.
