We’re looking for you to join us as Team Lead Inspection (f/m/x)! Lead our professional inspection team in Ketzin, near Berlin, and ensure the smooth refurbishing of premium vehicles for Autohero’s production department. • Lead an inspection team of approximately 20-25 people and ensure the department meets its targets
• Play an active role in recruiting new team members and continuously developing your team
• Provide technical guidance on the work to be carried out and contribute to the introduction of new appraisal methods
• Independently plan shifts and manage your team’s capacity
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take ownership of implementing them in workshop organisation and workplace design
• Carry out internal quality checks and help ensure health and safety in the workplace

• Completed training as an mechatronics technician; further training as a master (KFZ Meister) is an advantage
• Several years of management experience in a comparable role
• Excellent technical understanding and practical skills
• A responsible, well-organised approach to work, with a genuine enjoyment of guiding and motivating a team
• Very good German skills; English is an advantage, along with confidence using common software applications
