About the Role

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auftragsbearbeitung mit direkter Korrespondenz zum Vertrieb
  • Terminüberwachung von Kundenaufträgen zur Einhaltung vorgegebener Liefertermine
  • Prüfung von Bestellvorschlägen und Warendispositionen zu Außenlägern
  • Korrespondenz mit Spediteuren
  • Abwicklung und Verladeplanung von Umlagerungsaufträgen zu unterschiedlichen Verladeorten
  • Bearbeitung von Fehlmengenlisten
  • Steuerung und Überwachung Displaybau bei Dienstleistern
  • Rechnungsprüfung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung wie z. B. Industrie- oder Speditionskaufmann/-frau 
  • Erfahrung in der Auftragsbearbeitung im Logistik- bzw. Speditionsbereich zwingend erforderlich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang von Microsoft Dynamics AX, sowie routinierter Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel) sind von Vorteil
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Selbständigkeit, Engagement, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit
