Our Part-Time Universal Banker position at our LaSalle branch offers a consistent schedule with 3 weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings, leaving your weekday mornings and all evenings free.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and dependable and provide exceptional customer service and support to our branch team.

· 15-20 hours per week.

· Specific weekdays/hours will be negotiated with offer based on branch needs and candidate availability.

· Additional hours may be offered during holiday periods and summertime.

· This role has the potential to grow to full-time with additional responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

· Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions

· Open and service deposit accounts

· Assist customers with online banking, debit cards, and other banking services

· Identify customer needs and make appropriate referrals

· Balance and maintain accurate cash and transaction records

· Answers incoming phone calls and resolves customer inquiries

· Assist with daily branch operations and contribute to a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

· Previous customer service experience preferred

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Dependable and professional

· Comfortable working with cash and technology
