Looking for a job that fits around classes and gives you experience beyond the classroom? Join Heiler Painting’s Field Marketing team. Philadelphia Magazine named us Best House Painter, and we're recognized on the Philly 100 list of fastest-growing companies.

You’ll work in local neighborhoods, meet homeowners, and schedule painting estimates. Every conversation is a chance to build the Heiler Painting brand, earn a homeowner’s trust, and help them feel confident choosing us as their painter. Along the way, you’ll strengthen your communication, sales, and marketing skills and see how a growing business works. No experience needed; we’ll train and coach you.

How it works

• We’re interviewing and making offers NOW.
• Onboarding starts in January, and training begins in February.
• Work 15–20 hours per week from February through May while you’re in school.
• Move to full-time hours when classes end.
