About the Role

Description

  

Chevo is hiring an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our expanding firm in the Washington, DC area. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and becoming a trusted advisor.  Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to DHS Stakeholder Engagement and Communications.  This position provides a hybrid work environment, with 1-day per week client engagement expected. Client site located in the Washington DC metro area.  


Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation for meetings, briefings, and stakeholder events.
  • Maintain program files, correspondence, and documentation in accordance with client recordkeeping requirements.
  • Draft, proofread, and format memos, reports, and other administrative correspondence.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to support program and project management activities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the program team, including calendar management and travel coordination.

Requirements

  

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-10 Years of Experience Supporting the Federal Government

Desired Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. required
  • Previous experience working on Stakeholder Engagement/Communications Projects a plus
  • Previous experience supporting DHS 

  

SALARY RANGE: $73,500K To $86K (subject to change)
