JOB SUMMARY The Service Technician is responsible for performing cabinetry service, repair, and adjustment work at customer and job-site locations. This position diagnosis and resolves issues involving cabinetry, molding, trim, hardware, and related components while providing professional and responsive customer service. 

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following. Other duties may be assigned.)

· Follow established safety/OSHA rules to maintain a safe and clean workplace environment.

· Ability to understand and install cabinetry per layout. 

· Work with deadlines to complete the scheduled tasks. 

· Must have all tools to complete the job as required (cordless tools plus) 

· Ability to work with and around other trades while completing work. 

· Must have a cell phone.

· Reliable transportation.

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Minimum of one (1) year of cabinetry service work, cabinetry installation, and/or finish cabinetry experience preferred. 

· Experience with homebuilders.

· Attention to detail.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Valid drivers license with the ability to meet company motor vehicle standards.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

· Ability to read and interpret measurements, specifications and project documentation. 

· Ability to follow installation guidelines.

· Driving: Ability to operate a vehicle and travel between job sites, customer locations, and company facilities throughout the workday.

· Mobility: Frequently required to walk active job sites, climb stairs, and navigate varying terrain.

· Lifting/Carrying: Frequently lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 50lbs. 

· Positioning: Regularly required to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and work various positions while inspecting installations and performing service-related activities.

· Manual Dexterity: Frequently uses mobile devices, computers, measuring equipment, and basic hand tools.

· Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and exchange accurate information with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.

· Vision: Ability to inspect products, workmanship, measurements, and installation quality and identify deficiencies or variances from standards.

· Job Site/Field: Frequent presence at active residential and commercial construction sites with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and construction activities. 

· Warehouse/Facility: May be exposed to non-climate-controlled environments, moving equipment, elevated noise levels, and warehouse operations. 

· Travel: Frequent travel to customer location, job site, and company facilities. 

· Operational Demands: Role may require managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and responding to field-related issues. 

· Safety: Requires adherence to company safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
