Car Wash Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Train, coach, and motivate team members
• Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reconciliations
• Monitor equipment, chemical levels, and facility cleanliness/safety
• Track key performance metrics (membership sales, labor cost, throughput)
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Prior leadership/supervisory experience (retail, restaurant, service industry, or similar)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Mechanical or equipment maintenance experience is a plus, but not required — we'll teach you the rest
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors and around equipment/chemicals
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be willing to work outside in all seasons.
• Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time/entire work shift.
• Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach and step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull and move up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Move safely over uneven and wet terrain and in confined spaces.
