About the Role
● Job Title: Full-time CRNA
● Employment Status: 1099
● Location: Lafayette, LA
● Job Type: 1099
● Pay Rate: $276,000
● Shifts: Optional extra shifts available at nearby EAM facilities for additional income.
● Call: Reasonable call schedule - 1:7 rotation with guaranteed post-call day off.
● Case Types: Pediatrics, OB, ENT, General, Radiology, GI/Urology and Orthopedics. No cardiac, neuro, or transplants.
● Staffing Grid: 6 CRNAs and 1 in-house MD (12-hour shifts, 24-hour coverage). 8 total CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists working in a supportive, professional environment.

New grads welcome! This position offers mentorship and onboarding support and encouragement for full-scope practice. Supportive leadership from corporate clinical directors is offered and there is access to group benefits via preferred partnership. Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Louisiana.
● No minimum experience needed, new grads are welcome! Proficiency in Peds, OB, ENT, general, radiology, GI/Urology and ortho preferred.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certification required (PALS required for pediatric
settings)
