We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences:



Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • Assisting with research and project administration;

  • Supporting the administration of academic programmes;

  • Preparing reports, papers and other documentation for meetings;

  • Providing general office supports, logistical and on-site support for School activities and events;

  • Providing secretarial support to committees and meetings; and

  • Performing any other duties as assigned by the Dean of the School or delegate(s).

     

 

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • A recognised bachelor’s degree;

  • Relevant working experience in a tertiary education institution will be an advantage;

  • Be meticulous and self-motivated, and willing to learn; and

  • Good computer, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage.

Candidates may be invited to attend a written test.

An attractive remuneration package, including basic salary, an end-of-contract gratuity, and a discretionary incentive payment, where applicable, will be offered to the right candidates.
