About the Role

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Production Art & Embroidery Digitizing Operator for our uniform Distribution Center. Bring your embroidery and digitizing experience to a role focused on accurate artwork, consistent branding, and efficient order turnaround.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digitize artwork for embroidery using Wilcom or similar software.

  • Operate Tajima single-head and multi-head industrial embroidery machines, adjust machine settings, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Partner with Sales Support, Art, and Production teams to build internal digitizing capabilities and streamline order turnaround times.

  • Maintain close attention to color matching, scale, and brand consistency.

  • Organize and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience operating Tajima single-head and multi-head industrial embroidery machines, with strong technical knowledge of machine settings and troubleshooting.

  • Proficiency in Wilcom or similar embroidery digitizing software.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for color matching, scale, and brand consistency.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods.

  • Frequently use hands and fingers for repetitive and detailed tasks.

  • Bend, reach, and move materials throughout the work area.

  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
