About the Role:

The Aquatics Operations & Partnerships Supervisor supports the growth and coordination of Swan Aquatics training and programs. This position involves maintaining partnerships with training clients, coordinating training program logistics, and supporting lifeguarding operations, instructor scheduling, and program delivery. This position is a seasonal role from September 26th, 2026 - March 25th, 2027. This seasonal role has the potential for review at the end of the season to determine whether the position may evolve into a year-round opportunity. Benefits for employees averaging 30 hrs/week and who work year-round roles are eligible for medical benefits. Swan Aquatics covers 60% of the premium. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Red Cross base-level Lifeguard Certification.
• Current Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and standard First Aid.
• Previous experience in a pool management or supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Certification or Lifeguard Instructor Trainer Certification (LGI/LGIT).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Private Aquatic Training Program Management 
  • Coordinate and grow private aquatic training classes.
  • Assist with requesting training programs.
  • Assist with training and scheduling of Lifeguard Instructors (LGIs).
  • Assist with recruitment and interviews of new LGIs.
  • Support facility scheduling for private training delivery.
  • Ensure training programs are executed efficiently and profitably.
• Partnerships & Relationship Management
  • Maintain relationships with aquatic training clients.
  • Maintain renewal and repeat training relationships.
  • Operate within company pricing and discount guardrails.
• CPR Program Expansion Support 
  • In collaboration with Swan leadership, assist with new market execution.
  • Support instructor recruitment in emerging markets.
  • Assist with class scheduling and program fulfillment.
• Training Delivery & Field Engagement 
  • The employee will periodically teach CPR / First Aid classes to maintain instructional quality standards.
  • Stay connected to the customer experience.
  • Assist with instructor coverage when needed.
