The Role

  • Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
  • Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and utilities
  • Support installation, adjustment, and replacement of machine components
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting, calibrations, and alignments
  • Read and follow technical drawings and equipment documentation
  • Perform basic mechanical and electrical checks using standard tools
  • Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and PPE requirements
  • Operate material handling equipment safely with training
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Complete work orders and support training and development activities

Schedule: 

  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (flexible)
  • 2027 Summer Internship

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus in industrial maintenance, Electronics, or related technical field preferred
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment in problem-solving situations
  • Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
