Pay Rate: Negotiable based on level of experience between $22.00 - $25.50

In this detail-focused role, you will keep mortgage closings accurate, timely, and customer-centered by preparing closing disclosures and final documents, coordinating with borrowers, lenders, closing agents, and third-party vendors, and ensuring each file meets applicable investor, secondary market, regulatory, and internal loan policy requirements.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate initial closing disclosures within established deadlines
- Coordinate final residential mortgage closing documents and closing package delivery
- Work directly with borrowers, Residential Loan Officers, closing agents, underwriters, appraisers, realtors, and vendors to collect final documentation and answer questions
- Confirm and schedule closing dates while maintaining clear communication with all parties involved
- Review closing agent data, verify invoices and fees, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
- Identify and resolve closing-related discrepancies, including documenting any required cure amounts
- Verify taxes are current and collect taxes due within required timeframes
- Manage a closing pipeline by prioritizing time-sensitive disclosures and closing deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six to twelve months of residential loan processing, mortgage closing, loan operations, banking operations, or related training preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and remain accurate in a high-volume environment
- Strong customer service skills with professional verbal and written communication
- Comfort using standard desktop applications and learning job-specific systems
- Knowledge of banking, residential lending, regulatory, or compliance practices preferred
