  • Develop and oversee property budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and expense management strategies to support client objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Advise clients and stakeholders on lease interpretation, real estate strategies, industry practices, space utilization, and opportunities to optimize their portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants, executives, clients, landlords, vendors, and other stakeholders, serving as a trusted point of contact and advisor.
  • Oversee lease administration activities, including renewals, rent and expense collection, lease compliance, legal notices, and landlord/tenant coordination.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, tenant move-in and move-out activities, leasing activities, and other operational requirements across the portfolio.
  • Lead and develop team members, including direct supervision, performance reviews, coaching, and career development.
  • Represent M&O professionally with clients, industry organizations, government representatives, and other external stakeholders.

  • Ability to interpret complex leases, contracts, and other real estate documents and provide sound recommendations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
