Senior Cleaner / Team Lead
Macs Facility Solutions | Philadelphia
Lead by example and make every space shine. Macs Facility Solutions is seeking an experienced, dependable Senior Cleaner to work alongside our school cleaning team, coordinate daily priorities, and help deliver safe, spotless facilities that meet company and client standards.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate shift priorities, and keep daily work on track as directed by manager.
- Inspect completed work, help team members, and support new-hire training.
- Partner with the manager to uphold cleaning, safety, and client standards.
- Perform hands-on cleaning in classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Monitor supplies, report shortages, and help maintain a safe, organized workplace.
What You Bring
- Previous professional cleaning experience; team lead experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
- Ability to successfully pass a school background check.
