About your service: Mount Sinai College, Maroubra.

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• After School Care: 2:30 PM- 6:00 PM
• Hours: Monday to Thursday. Guaranteed all school days.
• Contract Type: Casual
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

As our OOSH Service Coordinator you will:

• Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar. 
• Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OOSH programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

• The Qualification: You hold a Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, School-Age Care, Community Services, Youth Work, or a related field. Unsure if your specific degree qualifies? Reach out—we’re happy to check for you! Candidates who have fully completed their qualification (with no outstanding placement requirements) will be prioritised.
• The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
• The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
