About the Role
Make an Impact by:
- Delivering AI and ML solutions that solve real business problems and create measurable value for teams across DCS
- Owning the journey from business problem to live product, and improving it continuously after launch
- Choosing the right approach for each business problem — whether deterministic automation, Machine Learning, Applied AI, agentic systems, or a combination of them
- Shaping how DCS builds and operates AI, from engineering principles and architecture to evaluation, observability and production standards
- Building the shared capabilities that let every team at DCS use AI faster and with more confidence
Your Profile
- Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Applied AI and Python, with solid software engineering fundamentals
- Practical experience across the ML/AI product lifecycle, from data and modelling to deployment and monitoring
- Solid understanding of modern AI engineering principles and design patterns, including LLMs and agentic AI
- Pragmatic judgment in choosing the right technical approach for each business problem
- A strong sense of ownership and clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues
