Paraprofessional

Description

St. Elizabeth School is seeking a full-time or part-time paraprofessional for the 2026-27 school year. This position will be part of the Inclusive Education Team and will work under the guidance of the Director of Inclusive Education. The paraprofessional will work with students in our Early Childhood Center, supporting their learning as well as their physical and social-emotional well-being to ensure they can experience an inclusive education alongside their peers.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and have experience working with students in a school setting. They must be able to balance support while encouraging students to grow in their independence. Good teamwork skills and effective behavior management strategies are essential. Additionally, applicants must be willing to assist children with toileting needs and be involved in potty training plans.
