The Role

At LUZCO Technologies, the Project Management Supervisor leads a team of Distributed Energy Resources (DER) Project Managers within our Program Delivery Department. In this role, you'll mentor and develop team members, oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and help drive operational success. We're looking for a collaborative leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results for clients.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of DER Project Managers.
• Foster a positive team culture, develop future leaders, and drive employee engagement.
• Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development discussions.
• Monitor and manage team and individual KPIs, SMART goals, and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership with performance reporting, workforce planning insights, and team development recommendations.
• Partner with executive leadership and management to align priorities and share information across the organization.
• Manage staffing, resource allocation, workload balancing, and employee retention efforts.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Ensure quality client deliverables and continuous improvement across projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while addressing project needs, expectations, and feedback.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship while supporting project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Familia:

Essentials to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of utility project experience, or 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
• Valid driver's license.

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience leading project management teams within the utility, energy, or DER industry.
• Knowledge of utility programs, distributed energy resources, or program delivery services.
• PMP certification or other project management credentials.
• Experience with workforce planning, KPI reporting, and operational performance management.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong financial analysis and project reporting experience.
