2nd Shift Production Associate

Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Production Associate to join our growing manufacturing operation. In this role, you will be an important part of our production team, helping ensure production goals are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.

The ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, stand for extended periods, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work on the production line while maintaining consistent speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Follow established production processes and procedures to ensure quality standards and production goals are consistently met.
• Safely operate production machinery and equipment according to company guidelines.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or concerns to management.
• Work collaboratively with fellow Production Associates and team members to meet daily production quotas and operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and SQF, USDA, FDA, OSHA guidelines.
• Identify and report quality, safety, or production concerns to management.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial production, or a similar environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production documents, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to safely operate industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, lifting, bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work a 2nd shift schedule.
