From straightening a frame to replacing a damaged panel, you understand what it takes to restore a vehicle. You look beyond the visible damage, follow the right repair procedures, and make sure every component fits and functions as it should.
Fury Motors Collision Center is looking for a Body Shop Technician to perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs. Your primary focus will be damage assessment, frame and body repairs, panel replacement, and vehicle disassembly and reassembly. You’ll coordinate with estimators, painters, parts staff, and the Body Shop Manager to complete safe, accurate repairs.
The Opportunity
- Earn $28–$35 per hour, based on experience and performance.

- Use your technical skills on frame repairs, body alignment, and component replacement.
- Help restore vehicle integrity, fit, and function after a collision.
What You’ll Do
- Assess collision damage. Disassemble vehicles, identify hidden damage, and communicate findings to estimators to support accurate estimates and supplements.
- Perform structural repairs. Use frame machines and measuring systems to restore damaged vehicles to factory specifications.
- Repair and replace components. Work on body panels, bumpers, doors, fenders, and structural components according to OEM repair procedures.
- Restore fit and alignment. Reassemble vehicles and verify that panels, doors, and other components fit and operate correctly.
- Check function and safety. Verify repaired components, including safety systems and electronics, and inspect completed repairs against quality standards.
- Coordinate repair progress. Work with estimators, painters, and parts staff to resolve repair needs, communicate delays, and meet completion timelines.
- Maintain your work area. Keep tools and equipment organized, follow shop safety requirements, and assist fellow technicians during busy periods.
What You Bring
- Two or more years of collision repair or body shop technician experience preferred.
- Knowledge of OEM collision repair procedures and structural repair techniques.
- Experience using frame machines, measuring systems, and body repair tools.
- Strong skills in vehicle disassembly, component replacement, and reassembly.
- Attention to detail when checking body alignment, panel fit, and repair quality.
- A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time position, with hours that may vary based on shop workload and production needs. You’ll work in a body shop environment with tools, equipment, moving vehicles, shop noise, and varying temperatures.
The role requires standing, bending, lifting, and working in various positions throughout the day, along with manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
